Weddings
Receptions, Ceremonies or BOTH!
Starting at $6,000
What's Included:
Wedding Coordinator
Friday: 9am - 6pm for decorating purposes
Saturday: 13 hour day of wedding rental
(9am - 10pm)
Sunday: 3 hour pick-up window
(9am - 12pm)
Tables and chairs for up to 200 guest total
~ Bathroom trailer rental is required for parties of over 150 guest
~ Bar trailer is optional for rental
All alcohol that is served at the venue must be done so by a RAMP certified server with all proof of certification being provided to the owner at least 14 days before the event.
Renters also must provide their own event insurance and will need proof provided the owner
Payment Timeline
Renters will be asked to provide a non-refundable deposit of $2,000 at the time of signing the agreement.
The remaining balance will be due at least 30 days prior to the rental period.
PARTIES
Birthday parties, graduations, baby showers, bridal showers, etc.

Peak Season Saturdays $750 (May - October)
Extra hours may be added at an additional cost

** Pricing may differ on Saturdays of peak Wedding Season (May - October)

We want you to put your dancing/cowboy boots on and meet us at the barn for a line dancing class on October 24th, 2026 @ 6pm-10pm
All ages and experience levels are ENCOURAGED to join us. Don’t worry, we “can’t dance” either! This is a judgement free zone.
